Function description: used for plastic products heat variant/vicat test

Automatically put the sample in an out from oil fluid under setting circumstance through computer control, like add weight when testing begin, reach setting temperature and time, computer automatically controls the sample into oil, finished, computer automatically rises the sample, waiting next experiment, therefore, users was just add weight and all the other was done by computer, you will not control the computer as well as rising the sample and then operate computer again. It has greatly increased the degree of automation、work efficiency and reduced personal error.

Hoisting gear adopted motor dynamo rise and fall, it is stabilization、high security、noiseless.

Operator staff could easily revise temperature and displacement through computer, then the software could automatically make correction and compensatiom based on testing results.

Special high temperature resistant materials, do not deformation after long time working in high temperature.

Each set of weight includes: 1g for ten, 10g for two,20g for one,50g for one, 100g for two, 22g for one, 500g for one, 1000g for two, 2500g for one.

Rate of temperature increase: 120°C / h, 50°C/h or set on request, rate of temperature increase was linear control evenly through computer and immediately display the rate of temperature increase of different status, to guarantee the rate of temperature increase moment by moment is set point.

It’s free to set leaching sample temperature, and punctually controls the temperature constant by computer during sample soaking period. It reduced the influence of soaking sample temperature to experimental results and free to set initial temperature.

Displacement sensor accuracy was 0.001mm, degree of accuracy was +/-0.01mm
