Food detector miniaturization will be the future trend

       Introduction: large scale equipment miniaturization. This is a very important tendency. Of course problems will arise. Prime Minister Li Keqiang emphasized that enterprises should be innovative. China has its own problems, enterprises need to develop new products that was adapted to local people. No matter enterprises、collages、or service provider, they should be cooperate with each other.

Food safety, it happened many times all over the world. Food safety was not only China’s problem, but also a global problem. Poison bean sprouts event was happened in Germany before. Finally, It has led to 29 people dead of European countries, Nearly 3000 people were infected in hospital. This was very serious, It will not only affect the company's brand, but also spread to the entire industry. It was a big problem, many farms were closed down and they loss a lot. Food safety is a global problem, not only affect the government, but also the consumer and the whole food industry.

We divided food safety problems into three types: firstly, chemistry and physics contamination . Secondly: biological contamination. Thirdly: adulteration contamination. As a forerunner in analytical test area, we adopt different testing methods to understand each contaminate source, then suit the remedy to the case, push out relevant solutions.

From a compliance perspective, there are many technical equipments can be used to inspect, but what are the reasons that lead to food safety problems? What’s the detecting condition? These equipments are very expensive and many manufactures can’t afford it. Meanwhile, if they want to use the equipment, only equipped with a doctor can they master the usage of the equipment. Therefore, only large-scale enterprises could afford it. While small and medium –sized enterprises couldn’t afford it. Then it poses challenges for our development-how to make large-scale equipment cheaply and economization. Or we never develop.

As for the food industry, it is the same as pharmacy industry actually, from purchasing 、taking  delivery、production,、exportation in the beginning and finally sale them, they need to understand the safety of products. As Mengniu’s president wang said, these processes need to connect together, use SAP or other software, making decisions based upon data. If the data shows that the product was contaminated, then we consider it was indeed contaminated. In that way, some technical controls should take into account. From this perspective, we can see three points: firstly, risk management. Secondly, find the way to economization. Thirdly, how to make use of “internet” resources like “cloud” and so on.

 Establishment of laboratory is a traditional but correct way, but what’s the weakness?  Slow response、high cost, it needs preparation for detection analysis, which has made it passivity. How to manage the risks in the future? The answer is we must be initiative. What is called initiative is that test on site. If there is a problem, you can take the sample to the laboratory.

Firstly, the way to avoid risks is test on site, the earlier the better.
