Description
YXCH Brake lining compress strain & thermal expansion testing machine is used to measure the compress strain of brake lining and effects of heat on dimensions and form of disc brake pads.
It can measure the deformation of the disc brake pads in the thickness direction under the influence of heat, and at the same time measure the temperature relationship between the heating disc, the friction block, and back plate, so as to understand the heat conduction law of the entire disc brake pad in the compression direction.
Features
Measurement and control system uses computer and Ethernet bus control equipment.
The system controls the FESTO pneumatic proportional valve through Ethernet control equipment to achieve pressure control, fast control speed, stable boost and depressurization, accurate and reliable temperature detection and control, and accurate displacement measurement. The initial parameters are input by the keyboard, and the loading process is completed automatically. After the test results are processed by the computer, they are printed out by the printer and saved.
