TFT-SG Electro-hydraulic servo steering gear test bench
Description
The multi-channel electro-hydraulic servo technology is adopted in the test bench. Taking the whole steering system of heavy truck as the test object, the electro-hydraulic servo motor as the input to simulate the steering wheel, and the servo swing cylinder as the output to simulate the ground load, the overall performance and reliability of the steering system are tested. At the same time, it is equipped with linear servo actuator to test the performance of relevant assemblies, especially the steering gear assembly. It can simulate the actual working condition of automobile steering system under laboratory conditions. It is suitable for performance test, reliability test of automobile power steering gear assembly and comprehensive test of automobile power steering system.
